Festus Abiodun Adebisi is a distinguished and passionate professional with several years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Financial Advisor. He became a Chartered Accountant while in military service.
After exiting the military, he trained in notable accounting and consulting firms before venturing into banking as an Internal Audit and Compliance staff for several years. He also had some stint in Forensic Audit and investigations as well as lecturing in some universities and colleges.
He authored the book “The Banker’s Fortress” that dwelt on practical banking and fraud prevention techniques.
He is a Faculty at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He is also the CEO of Maximax Inc, a company that specializes in fraud prevention consulting, financial education, as well as risk management and controls training. He’s popular with many people for his series of financial literacy and fraud prevention workshops.
